REALTOR Emeritus Award

The REALTOR® Emeritus Program was established in 1974, “to recognize the loyalty and service to the National Association of those REALTORS® having been members for 50 years”.

A change in 2004 reduced the longevity requirement from 50 years of REALTOR® Membership to 40 years. Both the National and State Associations have Emeritus Programs that are available to those who qualify.
